Our Mission & Vision
Established in 2018, Vasco United Football Academy Llp (LLPIN: AAU-9208) is a registered Limited Liability Partnership based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Our mission is to develop skilled footballers through systematic training, professional guidance, and a focus on holistic growth. We aim to create a robust football ecosystem in India that produces players capable of competing at national and international levels.
With a state-of-the-art facility spanning over 5 acres, we offer year-round programs for ages 6 to 18, as well as adult training sessions. Our curriculum is designed by UEFA and AIFF certified coaches, incorporating modern techniques, physical conditioning, and mental toughness training. We believe football is more than a sport—it's a platform for building character, discipline, and teamwork.
The academy is recognized by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and holds affiliations with several international football clubs. Our graduates have progressed to play in prestigious leagues such as the Indian Super League (ISL) and I-League. We also emphasize academic support, ensuring our athletes balance education with sports.
Our core values include integrity, excellence, and inclusivity. We run community outreach programs to promote football in underserved areas, offering scholarships to talented youngsters. The academy's management comprises former professional players and sports administrators with decades of experience.
In 2023, we launched our Women's Football Initiative, aiming to empower girls through sports. This program has already enrolled over 200 participants and is growing rapidly. We collaborate with schools and colleges to integrate football into their physical education curriculum.
Vasco United also hosts annual tournaments like the "Vasco Cup," attracting teams from across India. These events provide exposure and competitive experience for our trainees. Our sports science department uses data analytics and performance tracking to tailor individual development plans.
Looking ahead, we plan to expand to three new locations in Pune, Goa, and Delhi by 2025. Our long-term vision is to establish a football university that offers degree programs in sports management, coaching, and athletic training.
